General Return Policy
You may return most new*, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To return a product a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. In some situations we will arrange pick-up of the product and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Contact us to request an RMA number. Read on for additional information on exchanges, and for further details and policy exceptions.

Product Exchanges
If the product you have ordered does not meet your needs and have reason to believe that another product available through us will, you may request that one product be exchanged for another. This can be accomplished two ways:
  • Immediately order the desired product from our website and request an RMA for the first item ordered receiving credit as outlined in Refunds and Credits.
  • Contact us directly to initiate the RMA and credit/debit the transaction for the exact amount of the difference in price.
In either case, the item being returned will be inspected and tested prior to crediting your account.

Product-Specific Return Policies
Product exchanges (exchanging one product for another) and other returns (such as special orders, designs or modifications, opened and tested products, etc.) could have conditions or restrictions which may include a restocking charge. Upon receipt of the return you will be notified of any conditions which results in less than a full refund. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery or those that are not returned in new condition* will receive a partial refund. Please contact us for specific information on these types of exchanges and returns.

Refunds/Credits
If you have requested a refund, you should expect the credit to appear in your account within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process (inspect, test and repackage) your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card provider to process our credit request (5 to 10 business days) and notify you of the credit. Cash refunds for credit transactions are not available under any condition.

* New Condition – The return of an item in new condition requires that the product (after testing and repackaging) can be sold as new. If the item requires additional rework (such as cleaning, reconditioning, paint touch-up, etc.) the item cannot be received in new condition. Scratches, gouges, tool or fastener marks incurred during installation cannot be received in new condition. You will be notified upon inspection of the item if a full refund will not be issued.
